| Trade prices / general information for resellers | Often we receive inquiries from dealers. Our prices are hardly calculated and optimized for that our customers are also the licensees. Actually, discounts are not intended in our final prices.
But of course we also are interested in selling our products to retailers. Therefore, we offer attractive discounts starting with the second copy:

| Discounts | We offer a discount of 20% from the second acquired license to a retailer.
Why only from the second copy? We want to prevent the abuse of discounts. Therefore we prevent
the acquisitions of a license with discount for the personal use.
But: No rule without exception. If you name the licensee to us at the time of your license order, we grant the discount also with the first order.

| Information on delivery | Normally we deliver ActiveBarcode by email/download. I.e. you receive an email with
the license files and a download link for the program package.
If requested, we also deliver our software by mail. Then you receive
a CD-R especially burned for you with the license files and the program package. We deliver
ActiveBarcode not in a box and without printed manual. You receive exactly the same files as
you get in the electronic download version. Ask for the costs of delivery to your country before you order.
