Do I use the Control or the Application?

ActiveBarcode offers two ways to add barcode technology to your document, but what is the best way?

General it's always better to use the ActiveBarcode control. It's the more powerful and more flexible tool of this both.

But in some cases you cannot use the ActiveBarcode control:

You are using a sofware that does not support ActiveX technolgy. In this case can even cannot place the control into your documents and are forced to use another technology. You may ask the publisher of this software for an update or simply use ActiveBarcode Application instead.
